With a limited number of participants, the summit creates the conditions for focused, peer-to-peer conversations among experienced practitioners and international experts. Direct access to Key Opinion Leaders allows for in-depth discussions beyond the lecture hall, encouraging critical dialogue and shared perspectives. The dinner event is embedded in a carefully curated setting that supports high-quality interaction in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. By deliberately limiting scale, the IES prioritizes depth over volume and enables conversations that continue beyond the event itself. The result is an environment where connections are built on substance, relevance and shared professional ambition.
